I tried going back in with glossy paper, and it doesn't work now. The only difference between then and now is that I used to use glossy paper and now I'm using matte sticker paper. This hasn't been a problem before and I've had my cameo for a couple of months. Sometimes the machine doesn't even feed the mat all the way so the sensor is nowhere near the black square.Īt some point, I thought it might? be a calibration problem but it wouldn't even cut to calibrate.

My software is up to date and I tried restarting my cameo and laptop. I even tried manually registering and it won't even register with that. I've tried different lighting, anywhere from complete darkness to a flashlight on the sensor. I made sure my design wasn't bleeding into or even close to the crosshatch zone. I've put my paper just a little bit over the grid of the mat to hide the lines. I made sure they printed dark and weren't cut off, I've tried taping a new square on top and putting a piece of paper underneath.

I've tried the default registration mark settings, then inverting and resizing them. The dimensions are right and my blade is sitting properly.
